What You’ll Do
- Financial Reporting
- You are responsible for overseeing the month-end closing process.
- You will lead and ensure compliance with the audit. Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies when required.
- You will work closely with managers of other departments, implement Group policies and provide valuable insights to questions and issues concerning Finance and Accounting
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Improve strategic, financial and operational decision-making across the company
- Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial performance against key business metrics. Prepare budget and regular forecast.
- Taxation and Regulatory Reporting
- Oversee Taxation reporting and compliance
- Oversee reporting to SEC and other regulatory agencies
- Treasury Operations
- Manage the daily treasury operations that may include, but not limited to disbursements for loan and other operations
- Monitor and communicate funding requirements
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant with practical exposure to PFRS, Taxation and SEC rules
- 3+ Experience in finance and accounting roles
- Exposure to banking & financial services is a plus
- Practical experience in the development and implementation of effective accounting policies and financial controls
