Lead a team who will be managing a portfolio of existing school partners based in outside Metro Manila areas.
Identify opportunities and gaps in tuition financing and propose strategies and initiatives that would resolve students’ financial needs.
Work closely with school partners’ top management to understand their concerns and create new campaigns and programs for brand awareness and Bukas plan activations.
Coordinate implementation of all partnership components, including web, social media, and events outside of Metro Manila / Greater Luzon area.
Work closely with the Bukas Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to create innovative campaigns and activation activities and improve our products based on partner feedback and opportunities assessment.
Visit campuses to check in with partners, their students, parents and other stakeholders as well as execute any in-campus initiatives.
Accountable for submissions rate, conversion rate, and penetration targets and working closely with the Growth team (Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development) in reaching the company’s activation targets.
At least 2-3 years of experience in account management and project management
Preferably with experience leading and guiding a team
P&L experience is a plus
Sales or growth results track record is imperative
Ability to converse in another relevant dialect is a plus
