Product Designer

1 What You'll Do

As a Product Designer, you will be reporting to the Design Lead, and play a key role in shaping our user experience, designing our products, and conducting user research.

What excites you about the role:

• Shaping user experience (usability, navigation, information architecture) of our web and mobile product;
• Designing workflow from product concept, user interviews, storyboards, wireframes, user testing and validation;
• Rapid prototyping of high-fidelity clickable wireframes to test product concepts on users (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, etc)
• Lead and conduct regular in-depth user research through employing different methods such as focus group discussions, usability testing, and in-depth interviews
• Identifying and creating user personas that define problems and help prioritize the value the product to its users
• Analyzing and translating user insights into actionable recommendations for features

2 Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, and/or UX Researcher
• Impeccable attention to detail and have experience creating design systems.
• Excellent understanding of user experience design for the Web and Mobile, and design standards across iOS and Android.
• Familiar with wireframes & prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, and/or InVision.
• Experience crafting a research plan and conducting user research (whether online or face to face) to find usability issues, or product discovery efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to work with a cross-functional, multi-country team from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering partners to drive and influence product decisions
