1 What You'll Do

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the Customer Success team and Marketing to manage CS communication channels including:
    • Management and optimization of the Bukas Help Center and ensuring that best SEO practices are applied.
    • Content management of BAU e-mail and SMS comms.
    • Manage Customer Success related content on social media.
  • Work with the Customer Support team to:
    • Understand and solve communication barriers with students.
    • Manage automations in Bukas’ Customer Communication Channel

2 Qualifications


  • Graduate of Communications-related degree or equivalent.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience managing SEO and website optimization.
  • Must be proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Photoshop / Canva, GSuite and MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Experience in a tech-startup is a plus.
  • The ability to converse in any of the following is a plus:
    • Cebuano (Bisaya)
    • Ilocano
    • Hiligaynon (Ilonggo)
    • Bicolano
