Senior Partnerships Associate

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a portfolio of key cross-functional and multi-partner projects that accelerate growth
• Conduct research and analysis to understand key levers, opportunities and threats
• Identifying new business opportunities and collaborations with non-sector partners
• Developing business strategies to increase B2B growth rapidly
• Collaborating with finance, product, tech, marketing and partnerships teams to craft new business solutions (products and/or promos)
• Managing the end-to-end process of deal origination, structure, closing and implementation
• Perform varying duties depending on the changing needs of the company and contribute to product-market fit efforts and company scaling initiatives thereafter; and
• Lead and guide colleagues and junior associates in developing and implementing processes and programs to build and nurture relationships with the partner schools
• Base decision-making process on professionalism, ethics, and integrity.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year of experience in account management is preferred but open to fresh graduates.
• Ability to speak in Cebuano/ Bisaya is a plus.
