The Social Media and Community Associate is tasked to be the face and voice of Bukas across the company's social media accounts, online communities and on-ground activations. This person will strategize and create the content plan for all social media accounts. They are responsible for growing the number of followers and keeping these followers engaged on all Bukas social media pages and community groups.
What You’ll Do
Work with the Marketing team in conceptualizing and creating the content plan for Bukas' social pages. Must follow Bukas' tone and reflect the company's ongoing brand campaign.
Schedule the social media calendar across Bukas' social pages.
Fulfill the Admin role and manage the company's community page.
Keep fans and followers engaged and respond to queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Track and report performance of the social media pages.
Strategize to further improve Bukas' presence across all social media channels.
Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media and student behavior (SHS and college).
Organize and conduct exclusive events (online and on-ground) for students and parents.
Work with the Marketing and Customer Experience team to generate actionable insights about Bukas customers.
Must have at least 1 year of work experience
Proficient in English and Tagalog; proficiency in other Filipino dialects is a big plus
Must know how to use and navigate social media platforms like Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
Experience in engaging with followers and handling customer queries
Some experience in managing events
