If I need to change my guarantor, guardian, and other profile details, how do I update my information?

Help us keep your profile details updated! If your profile is not yet verified, you can still change your profile details such as your guardian and your guarantor by simply logging in to your account. But if your profile is already verified, you have to formally send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

(1) Student's Name

(2) Year & Course

(3) Installment/Reference Number (if applicable)

(4) Mobile Number

(5) Reason for Change

(6) Old Details

(7) New Details

You can check if your profile is verified by logging in to your Bukas account. Just go to your Account dashboard, if there is a green check after your name, that means that your account is already verified. We suggest to carefully review your details before clicking submit or next.
