Email us at [email protected] Kindly use the subject "Inquiry Not Found on Help Center" and send your email to[email protected]. Please provide the following info:

  • Student's Complete Name
  • Student's Mobile Number
  • Student's School
  • Installment Number/ Reference Code
  • What's the current concern?

After sending an email, you will receive a ticket code which you can use to follow up on your concern. Please note that we discourage sending multiple write-ins with the same concern as this will slow down the process of attending to your concern.
