What should I do if the amount disbursed did not reflect on my student portal?

Here's what you need to do after confirming your Bukas Tuition Installment Plan:

1. Log in at app.bukas.ph using the mobile number you registered at the start of the process.

2. Go to your My Installments Tab, select your installment plan and download your Disclosure statement. This will serve as your proof of payment.

3. Check your registered email to see if you have received the final Certificate of Matriculation. You should receive this email 3-5 working days after you have confirmed your Bukas account.
