Students will not be able to proceed with the loan application without guardian feedback. Upon submission of the application, the Guardian will be sent an SMS with a link to verify their identity, accept the privacy policy and upload their valid ID.
Note that links expire after 24 hours.
Your guardian will receive this SMS: A student has listed your information as guardian for his / her loan application. If you consent to this, please go to {{ guardian_consent_url }} to allow the student proceed with the application. The link will expire within 24 hours.
If the guardian consent link expired, kindly let us know by answering our Contact Us form. Please select "Guarantor/Guardian link concerns " in the concern type dropdown list. As for the "How can we help you?" field, kindly indicate that you wish to have the guardian consent link re-sent.
If your listed guardian changed their mobile number, kindly notify us by answering our Contact Us form. Please select "Guarantor/Guardian link concerns " in the concern type dropdown list and on the "How can we help you?" field type in REQUEST TO CHANGE GUARDIAN'S MOBILE NUMBER and send the following information:
Once the mobile number has been updated, you will be notified via email. Your guardian will also immediately receive the consent link after their Bukas registered mobile number has been updated.
