What can I do if I have issues with my Guardian link?

Students will not be able to proceed with the loan application without guardian feedback. Upon submission of the application, the Guardian will be sent an SMS with a link to verify their identity, accept privacy policy and upload their valid ID.

Note that links expire after 24 hours

What SMS will my guardian receive?

Your guardian will receive this SMS: A student has listed your information as guardian for his / her loan application. If you consent to this, please go to {{ guardian_consent_url }} to allow the student proceed with the application. Link will expire within 24 hours.

The link sent to my guardian has expired. What do I do?

You may send an email to [email protected] to say that your guardian consent link has expired and we will send a new link which your guardian has to click within 24 hours

My guardian has changed his/her mobile number. How will he/she get a new link?

You may send an email to [email protected] with the subject CHANGE IN GUARDIAN'S MOBILE NUMBER to notify us of the change and we will send your Guardian's mobile number as a revision. As soon as you have completed this revision, please let us know so we can send a new link to your guardian.
