Where do I begin my MCL application?
Like most colleges and universities in the country, the school has decided to waive the annual MCL Admissions Exam for A.Y. 2021-2022. That’s right, no need to worry about exams for now! And to make sure that aspiring Malayans like you can ease into college safely and easily even in these difficult times, mas madali at mabilis na ang application mo with MCL’s fully online enrollment process. Here’s a quick overview:
Step 1: Fill out the online admissions form
Thanks to technology, hindi mo na kailangan magsagot ng marami at mahabang forms. Get started with your MCL college application just by answering a one-page online admissions form. You can find it here!
At this point of the application, wala ka pang kailangan ibigay na documents and other requirements. You will just be asked basic personal information as well as your preferred degree program at MCL. Siguraduhin ring gumamit ng valid email address since dito ipapadala ang next instructions for your application. No email, no authentication code!
Step 2: Wait for email confirmation
Your email confirmation is not just a “we received your application” notice. Dito mo makikita ang mga mahahalagang impormasyon na kailangan mo for your application. After sending in your application form, check your email from the MCL Admissions Team! It should contain the following information:
- Payment instructions
- List of admission requirements
- Authentication code (kailangan mo ito to access OneMCL, the school’s official student portal!)
- MCL Admissions helplines and other contact details
Note: Kung wala kang nareceive na confirmation email, check your Spam/Junk folder! It should be there. Kung wala pa rin after checking, please reach out to the Admissions Team. They’d be happy to help you with your concern!
Step 3: Pay the application fee
Now that your application’s in place, it’s time to pay your fees! Para sa mga incoming college freshman, you will need to pay an application fee of Php 400. This step is important since your letter of acceptance will only be sent once you complete the payment. While on-site transactions are available by appointment, we strongly suggest off-site and online payment options para sa mas ligtas at hassle-free na pagbabayad!
Ready to pay your application fee? Pwede kang magbayad via:
- GCash
- Online bank transfer to RCBC
- Over-the-counter payments via RCBC branches, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier
Some important reminders:
- Para sa step-by-step payment instructions, you’ll need to sign up through this link. Kasama rin sa email na matatanggap mo ang reference number na gagamitin mo para sa iyong online and over-the-counter transactions.
- Make sure to have enough balance in your account to cover your payable amount and service charge (if any) para maiwasan ang payment errors.
- Don’t forget to email your proof of payment sa [email protected] with the subject line “APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT- SURNAME, FIRST NAME.” Pwede ang scanned copy or digital photo ng deposit slip, bills payment form o kaya naman screenshot ng confirmation receipt!

Step 4: Wait for your letter of acceptance
Once you're done with steps 1 to 3, you can already sit tight, relax, and wait for your letter of acceptance! Katulad ng previous steps, this email should help you navigate the next steps of your application. In this case, a detailed instruction for your enrollment.
Note: Wait patiently! The MCL Admissions Team is doing their best to verify applications as soon as possible. Kung nagbayad ka ng application fee via off-site or online payment channels, you can expect the email after 48 hours after sending your proof of payment.
Step 5: Finish your enrollment!
Last but not least, time to enroll. You’re one click away from being an official Malayan! Excited ka na ba? Once the confirmation and registration period starts on June 1, 2021 (Tuesday), pwede ka nang mag-enroll via OneMCL! Dito mo makikita ang course curriculum, schedules, and student information mo. And yes, dito ka rin mag-enlist ng subjects at pipili ng sections all throughout your college years.
Note: Kung wala ka pang access sa OneMCL, check your confirmation email to get your authentication code. This should give you your initial login credentials!
Until when I can apply at MCL?
