The new application must be submitted at least 60 days from the disbursement date of the previous installment plan.
Kindly note that the multiple installment plan will undergo the same assessment process by our credit team. This means that we will still charge the 3% one-time origination fee for the new installment plan.

- One (1) valid ID (list valid IDs)
- One (1) valid proof of income (list of valid proof of income)
- One (1) proof of residence (list of valid proof of residence)
Kung wala ka pang school ID, pwede kang mag-submit ng selfie mo na may hawak na government-issued valid ID.
