Partnerships Associate (Project-Based)

1 What You'll Do

• You will work with Bukas account managers on in-campus executions (e.g. onsite booths, orientations, meetings, etc) and communicate any blockers and possible operational efficiencies.
• You will be in charge of handling Bukas booths from set-up and ingress to management to egress.
• You will directly communicate with school partners, students, and parents onsite to help them with their Bukas application. 
• You are responsible for completing reports in a timely manner on the booth performance and qualitative feedback of our customers.

2 Qualifications

• Must be able to work 9am-5pm on weekdays, daily.
• Must have own laptop and mobile phone for work use.
• Must be willing to travel and be assigned to a PHINMA campus based on your location. Campuses are based in:
  • Manila City
  • Quezon City
  • Pangasinan (Dagupan or Urdaneta)
  • Iloilo
  • Cabanatuan
  • Cebu City
  • Laguna
  • Cagayan De Oro
• Duration of the project is approximately 4-8 weeks

• Customer-Obsessed: You put our partners and students first and are committed to create the best partner experience for them. You do your best to assist them and find the most efficient way to eliminate their blockers.
• A Fast-learner: You are able to understand processes and absorb concepts fast. You should be able to explain the Bukas processes and guidelines to students and parents with ease.
• A Professional: You are a representative of the company for our partner education institutions and you must be able to uphold the values of Bukas.
