Paid the Wrong Reference Code?

We understand that sometimes a payment might be made using an incorrect Bukas Reference Code/Number. Here's what Borrowers should do if this happens:


After making a payment with an incorrect reference code, please check the Bukas account 24 hours after the payment was made.


If the payment has not reflected after this period, please send an email to [email protected]. Kindly include the Bukas reference code and a clear copy of the proof of payment in the email.


For Dragonpay Payments:

If a payment was made via Dragonpay and it is not yet posted on the Bukas account after 24 hours, please reach out to our team by filling out this form.
