Payment Not Reflecting in Account

We understand it's important to see payments reflected promptly in a Bukas account. Don't worry!


After paying a monthly installment, please wait 1-3 working days for the payment to reflect on the Bukas account, specifically in the payment dashboard. Borrowers will also receive an SMS once the payment reflects in our system.


Please note that payments can only be tracked using the account where the application for the installment was done (i.e., by the Borrower/account owner).


If the payment reflection process takes longer than usual, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Payment Concerns" and include the following information:

  • Student's full name
  • Reference Code/Number
  • Contact number
  • School Name
  • Proof of payment
