I paid but my payment is not reflecting in my account. What should I do?

After paying your monthly installment, please wait 1-3 working days for your payment to reflect on your Bukas account, specifically in your payment dashboard. Makakatanggap ka rin ng SMS once your payment reflects in our system.

If the process takes longer than usual, please send us an email at payments@bukas.ph with a subject "Payment Concerns" and the following information:

- Student's full name

- Installment number

- Contact number

- School Name

- Proof of payment
