I paid but my payment is not reflecting in my account. What happened?

After paying, please wait 1 to 3 business days for your payment to reflect online.

You will receive an SMS once your payment reflects in our system. This would take about 1-3 business days. You can also log-in to your Bukas account to check out your payment dashboard!

In case your payment won't reflect in your payment dashboard even after 1-3 business days, please send your full name, installment number, and contact number along with your proof of payment with a subject "Payment Concerns" to payments@bukas.ph.
