I’m a Returning Student. Can I apply for an Installment Plan?

Returning Students are students who re-enroll after a break in enrollment of one or more semesters.



To confirm that you are a returning student, kindly send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Returning Student - [Full Name of Student]

  1. Reference Code:
  2. Name of student:
  3. School and Campus:
  4. Student Number:
  5. Year Level:
  6. Amount Requested:
  7. Last Enrolled Academic Year and Semester:
  8. Have you graduated from the school? (Yes/No)


Kindly upload one (1) of the following documents in your Bukas App. These documents should contain the student’s name, student number, and the total outstanding balance.

  • Statement of Account:

Your Statement of Account should be dated within the last month

  • Email from your school’s Accounting Office/Registrar:

The email or screenshot should show your outstanding balance and must show that the sender is from the school. Make sure that the email address or signature of the sender is clearly seen.

  • Screenshot of Student Portal/Student Ledger:

This should include your recent payment/transaction.
