Borrowers will not be able to proceed with the loan application without co-borrower feedback.
There are two (2) points where we would need your co-borrower’s feedback.
Upon submission of the application, the co-borrower will be sent an SMS with a link. We need the following feedback from your co-borrower:
If the co-borrower consent link has expired, kindly let us know by answering our Contact Us form. Please select your concern type in the dropdown list. As for the "How can we help you?" field, kindly indicate that you wish to have the co-borrower consent link re-sent.
For the approved amount to be sent to the selected school, both the applicant and co-borrower must complete the confirmation process – the applicant on their Bukas account and the co-borrower on the signing link they have received via SMS.
To summarize -- on the consent link, the co-borrower consents to be included in the borrower’s application. While on the signing link, they confirm their participation as co-borrower in the installment plan and fully agree to the disbursement of the approved amount.
On your Bukas account, you will see a banner informing you that we are currently waiting for your co-borrower’s feedback. If you see this banner but your co-borrower did not receive any SMS from Bukas containing the consent link, kindly inform us by answering our Contact Us page. Please select your concern type in the dropdown list. As for the "How can we help you?" field, kindly indicate that you wish to have the co-borrower consent link re-sent.
If your co-borrower changed their mobile number during the application process, kindly let us know by answering our Contact Us page. Please select your concern type in the dropdown list and on the "How can we help you?" field type in REQUEST TO CHANGE CO-BORROWER’S MOBILE NUMBER and send the following information:
Once the mobile number has been updated, you will be notified via email. Your Co-borrower will also immediately receive the consent link after their Bukas registered mobile number has been updated
