We strive to ensure every Bukas student loan application is processed smoothly and accurately.
Here are some common scenarios that may lead to data inconsistency:
What do I do when my application is rejected due to Data Inconsistency?
If your application is rejected due to Data Inconsistency, you can reapply immediately! We will send an email to your Bukas registered email address containing a brief explanation of why we could not process your application. It's very important to read this email carefully before resubmitting your application, as it will guide you on what needs to be corrected.
Why can't I nominate an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) as a co-borrower?
We understand you might want to nominate an OFW as a co-borrower. However, once your application is approved, you and your co-borrower will be asked to confirm the loan offer. Because your co-borrower's signing link will be sent to their Bukas registered mobile number, we strictly do not allow applicants to nominate overseas workers as their co-borrowers.
Instead, you can nominate the recipient of their remittance as your co-borrower. If the borrower is the recipient of their remittances, you can nominate your spouse, parent, sibling, any other family member, or even a friend. This ensures a smooth and secure confirmation process for everyone involved.
Note: All student loan offers are conditional. As long as a loan has not yet been disbursed to the school, Bukas reserves the right to withdraw any loan agreement. Please read the Terms and Conditions as well as the Disclosure Statement provided before proceeding with any loan transactions.
