Every school is known for something. And Centro Escolar University (CEU) has certainly made a name for itself in the health science programs like dentistry, medical technology, and nursing to name a few. No wonder students interested in these fields are eager and excited about the online enrollment for this coming school year. Kasama ka ba dun?
Whether you’re interested in applying at CEU Manila, CEU Makati, or CEU Malolos… or you just like to keep your college options open (Shameless plug: nabasa mo na ba ang article namin on how to choose the right college and course?), we hope this freshman guide helps you get an overview of your college application basics without leaving the safety of your own homes. Get your notebook and pens ready, and let’s get started!
Where do I begin my CEU application?
Like most colleges and universities in the country, CEU has decided to waive the annual entrance exam this school year to help aspiring Escolarians transition into college with more ease despite difficult times. Thanks to technology, pwede mo nang simulan ang college journey mo sa university just by following these three easy steps:
- Pay the application fee
Yes, you read that right! Bayad muna bago apply–and for good reason! This comes first before everything else dahil kailangan ang proof of payment mo para makapag proceed ka sa second and third step. For incoming freshmen, you’ll have to pay an application fee of Php 300.
While you have the option to pay sa mga offline payment outlets near you, we encourage you to pay online instead for your safety. After all, the university made it convenient for students like you with their very own electronic payment system! Just go to the portal, provide the required details, and choose your preferred payment option. Dali, diba?
Here’s a quick overview of CEU’s online payment partners:
- GCash
- Paymaya
- Grabpay
- Coins
- Bancnet Member Banks
- BPI
- Union Bank
- BDO
- PNB
- UCPB
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
Some important reminders:
- If you’re paying offline, you’ll be given a reference number via email. Siguraduhing makapagbayad within 24 hours before its validity expires!
- Since wala ka pang student number during application, ilagay ang “NA” sa Student Number field na makikita sa online payment form.
- Make sure to have enough balance in your account to cover your payable amount and convenience fee para maiwasan ang payment errors.
For more information on payment, you can refer to this page.
- Prepare your requirements
Gawing mas mabilis ang online application mo by preparing your requirements ahead of time! Make sure to have clear digital copies ready on your laptop or mobile device para dire-diretso ang pagsagot mo sa online application form. You’ll be asked to upload the requirements directly on the same link.
Some important reminders:
- Siguraduhing hindi lalagpas ng 2MB ang file size ng bawat requirement mo to avoid uploading errors.
- Note that the application form only allows files in png, gif, jpg, jpeg, and pdf format. Double check your requirements kung ito ay nasa tamang format.
- Before you upload, make sure to submit only valid documents. Otherwise, the Admissions Office will disregard your application. Ayaw natin ‘yan!
Check out our list below for your initial application requirements.
- Fill out the online application form
And last but not least, officially apply at CEU by answering the application form! Once you’ve completed the first two steps, this should be easy. Aside from uploading the initial requirements, the form will also require your basic personal information, academic background, and a self-assessment of your health status. All this to say, kayang kaya mo ‘to sagutan in 10 minutes or less!
Note: Itatanong rin ang preferred campus and degree programs na gusto mo so it would be best to have a decision beforehand. Kung hindi ka pa sure, okay lang ‘yan. Before getting started on the form, take time to go over CEU’s program offerings and see which course interests you best.
Until when I can apply at CEU?
No deadline yet since the enrollment period is currently ongoing! Since limited lang ang slots na available per campus and degree program, we suggest you apply the soonest.
Para maging updated sa important dates and announcements for the incoming school year, make it a habit to regularly check CEU’s official Facebook page.
What are the admission requirements for CEU?
Admission requirements differ depending on year level and the type of student applicant. Documents are crucial to your application. Since it may take time to prepare, simulan mo na nang maaga! For incoming college freshman, you can consider this as your checklist:
- PSA copy of your Birth Certificate
- Certification of your Grade 11 grades
- Recent 1.5 x 1.5 formal ID photo
- Proof of payment of application fee

Can I reserve my enrollment slot?
Yes, pwede! Kung hindi ka pa fully decided but you are considering CEU as one of your top options for college, you can reserve your slot with Php 5,000. Don’t worry! Mababawas naman ang reservation fee mo sa total fees na babayaran mo during enrollment.
Pareho lang ba ang online enrollment process sa lahat nang CEU campuses?
Yes and no! Yes, you may follow the same steps for online enrollment as stated in this guide regardless of your preferred CEU campus. All applicants will answer the same online application form. However siguraduhing piliin ang tamang campus when filling out the application form and other requirements to avoid any errors.
