My tuition has not cleared in my school. What do I do?

Upon approval of the Tuition Installment Plan, Bukas will remit your tuition fee directly to the school for a hassle free transaction. You will receive an SMS notifying you that we've already sent the money to the school.

Alternatively, you may also login to your Bukas account to check if the status is "Active." If the payment for your tuition fee will not reflect in your student portal, please coordinate this issue with your school. The disclosure statement from your Bukas account will serve as proof that your tuition fee was paid.
