Once I experience a technical problem, what do I do?

Have you been experiencing troubles when trying to accomplish the Liveness Test? Make sure to follow these instructions carefully.

  1. You must be in a well-lit area with a plain background.
  2. Take off any item that might be covering your face.
  3. Position your face in the frame.
  4. Take a clear photo of your face.

Still unsuccessful after several attempts? Don't worry! You have the option to upload a selfie with your valid ID instead. Just follow these tips (I still don’t have a school ID. What do I submit?) on how to take a proper selfie.

If you also have issues with uploading your selfie or other files, here are some tips that may help you:

  1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Check the file size. It should not exceed 10MB.
  3. Try uploading your file using a different device such as through a different mobile phone or a computer.
