Once I experience a technical problem, what do I do?

Have you been experiencing troubles when uploading your files? Here are some tips that can help you:

1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
2. Check the file size. It should not exceed 10MB.
3. Try uploading your file using a different device such as through a different mobile phone or a computer.

- Your Full name
- Reference Code
- Mobile Number
- Description of the problem
- Screenshot/ screen record of the problem
