What happens if I don't pay on or before my due date?

As much as possible, we encourage our Borrowers to pay their student loans on time para maiwasan ang pagbabayad ng late payment fee.

The late payment fee (LPF) is 5% of the unpaid amount.

Here's what you can do should you miss your payment dates:

  • Partial Payments: You can opt to pay less than your monthly due to decrease the late payment fees you might incur.
  • Promise to Pay date: If you're unable to pay your monthly dues in partial, you can also opt to send an exact promise-to-pay date. Please note that this will not delay or change your due date, instead, it will only manage the collection effort you'll receive.

You can send your promise-to-pay date to [email protected] along with your full name, reference number, exact date you intend to settle your outstanding balance, and reason for the delay in your payment.
