What is an additional contact person?

For your application, you will be required to nominate an additional contact reference.

Pwede mong ilagay ang magulang, kapatid, or close relative mo as your additional contact person as long as they are at least 18 years old and is currently residing in the Philippines. This means an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) will not be allowed as your additional contact person.

Although your additional contact person may be asked to verify their identity through a link that will be sent via SMS, they will not receive regular payment reminders. They will only be contacted if we are unable to reach both you and your co-borrower in case of an emergency. Please note that they might also receive minimal collection reminders.
