How long is the application process and can I follow up?

After you submit your application, it takes around 3-5 working days for you to receive feedback from our team.

Kung meron kang items for revision, the application may take longer than usual! Kaya naman siguraduhing gawin agad ang mga ito. To guide you better, you can check out this page.

Kung wala ka namang items for revision but the results are taking longer than 3-5 working days after completing your revisions or after submitting an application, feel free to send us a message through our Contact Us form. Please select "Application Concern" for this type of concern.

Once your application has been approved and you've confirmed the agreement, we will disburse the amount within 1-2 working days.

Note: Working days are Mondays to Fridays, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Weekends and holidays are not included.
