If I forgot my password, what do I do?

Don’t worry! Kung nakalimutan mo ang password mo, you can simply click the “Forgot Password?” button when you try to login at Bukas.

Afterwards, ilagay lang ang mobile number na ginamit mo to create your Bukas account and click the "Recover Your Account" button. Hintayin ang 6-digit OTP from Bukas sa iyong mobile phone at gamitin ito para gumawa ng bagong password.

If you encounter issues with your student number, double-check and make sure you are entering your student number correctly!

If you continue to have issues, you may have a duplicate account. Kindly let us know by answering our Contact Us form. When answering the Contact Us form, please select Profile Updates/Concerns in the Type of Concern field and type in your student number in the "How can we help you?" field.
