I created more than one account. How do I delete my multiple account?

Having more than one account can cause issues with your application.

To delete your secondary or multiple number/s, please kindly email the following information to [email protected]:

(b) Identity (Student/Parent/Guardian):

(c) If Parent/Guardian, Student’s name:

(d) Student’s course and year level:

(e) Reference codes:

(f) Current and active mobile number:

(g) Reason for the request:

(h) Mobile number to be deleted:

(i) I confirm to delete my mobile number [insert number] carrying the information above.


Kindly put "Request for Account Deletion" as the subject of the email. Once the information has been provided, please kindly wait 3-5 working days for a response.
