Tuition Not Reflected on Student Portal?

It's important for applicants to see their tuition payment reflected promptly in their student portal. Here's what to do if the disbursed amount from Bukas hasn't appeared yet:


Once a Bukas student loan application is approved, Bukas directly deposits the tuition fee to the school. Applicants will be notified in real-time through SMS, and they can also refer to the disclosure statement from their Bukas account as proof of payment.


Applicants can also check their Bukas account to confirm if the loan status is "active," as this indicates that the funds have been successfully disbursed to their school.


If the tuition payment status is still not updated in the student portal after these checks, we suggest that applicants directly coordinate with their school's finance or accounting department. They will be able to provide the most accurate information regarding the posting of the payment.
