What valid documents do I need to apply for a tuition installment plan?

As a Borrower, aside from your personal information, you will need to prepare:
- One (1) school ID or any valid ID (list of valid IDs)
- One (1) proof of residence (list of valid proof of residence)
- Your school assessment form (guidelines)
- Additional Contact Person
As a co-borrower, aside from your personal and employment information, you may need to prepare:
- One (1) school ID or any valid ID (list of valid IDs)
- One (1) proof of residence (list of valid proof of residence)
- One (1) proof of billing
Either the borrower and co-borrower, or both, will need to provide a source of income. (list of valid proof of income)
